Quality Policy
Strong quality assurance procedures include SPC (Statistical Process Control) measurement and analysis during casting, machining and assembly. All employees receive SPC training, including statistical problem solving. Measuring part dimensions is an integral part of normal work activities. Operators immediately correct any deviations from established limits. We also chart product process data and watch for trends requiring corrective action.
